About Sullivan & Associates

Shea & Sullivan was formed in 1981 by John Shea & William Sullivan. I joined the Sullivan team in 1989.
Cheryl Lindberg, my eventual business partner, came on board shortly thereafter in 1990.

Cheryl and I purchased the Sullivan side of the business in the fall of 1999 and formed Sullivan & Associates, LLC.
We enjoyed a successful partnership until Cheryl's retirement in December of 2013.

Sullivan & Associates is a proven leader in our industry and continues to maintain the integrity of the Sullivan name.
